Editorial content and outbound links
Our articles and tool information are for general information and may become outdated. We aim to correct material errors but cannot guarantee every description, price, or vendor offer is current. Verify important facts and purchase terms directly with the vendor. Some outbound links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission if you buy after following one. A commission does not purchase a favorable editorial conclusion.
Product submissions and priority review
You must provide accurate information about a product that you are authorized to represent and a website that you control or have permission to submit. We may reject submissions that are inaccurate, unlawful, unsuitable for our audience, or outside our editorial scope. A free submission joins the normal editorial queue without a publication-date guarantee.
The $49 one-time Fast-Track Review pays for priority eligibility review, research, and preparation of an independent product overview if the submission is accepted. It does not buy a positive rating, a particular ranking, an endorsement, or guaranteed publication. We may request corrections or additional information. No package guarantees search indexing, rankings, impressions, clicks, sales, or a particular result from any search engine.
Category sponsorship
The $149-per-month Category Sponsor package pays for an eligible, clearly labeled advertising placement in a matching category while the subscription is active and the product remains eligible. Sponsorship does not influence independent article rankings or reviews. A placement may be removed for nonpayment, misleading claims, ineligibility, legal risk, or breach of these terms. We may pause or decline a placement that cannot be displayed accurately and safely.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Paid checkout and recurring billing, when available, are handled by Creem. The checkout shows the amount and billing frequency before payment. To cancel a monthly sponsorship, visit the Creem Customer Portal and sign in with the email used at checkout, or email [email protected] for help. After cancellation is processed, the subscription will not renew. An eligible paid placement ordinarily remains active through the current paid period unless it must be removed for a reason stated above.
If we reject a paid submission before beginning the promised priority work, we will refund that payment. If we cannot provide a purchased sponsor placement, we will refund the portion paid for service we did not provide. Other refund requests will be assessed in good faith under applicable law and Creem’s payment processes. Contact us promptly with an order reference if you believe a charge or service outcome is incorrect.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not submit unlawful content, malware, unauthorized materials, fabricated testimonials, or claims you cannot substantiate. You retain rights in information you provide. You permit us to use the submitted product name, logo or other supplied branding, website URL, and public product information as reasonably needed to evaluate and, if accepted, display the product. We retain rights in our independently created site design, articles, research, and other original content. Do not republish substantial portions of our content without permission.
Service changes and liability
We may update, suspend, or stop website features for security, legal, or operational reasons and do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made based on third-party software information or for a third-party vendor’s acts or omissions.
Privacy and changes to these terms
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms prospectively and will identify the effective date of the current version. Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law.
